本人不會在未獲閣下同意的情況下，將個人資料用於原來收集目的以外的用途，亦不會將資料出售或轉移予第三方。

5. 取消及更改預約
所有已確認的預約概不退款。
若閣下因個人或健康原因需要取消預約，可於服務日期前最少 7 天以書面通知本人，將預約轉移至另一日期或轉給他人。
如本人需要取消已確認的預約，將向閣下提供全額退款或優先重新安排服務日期，由閣下選擇。
本人保留因惡劣天氣、不可預見情況或任何可能影響戶外服務安全或質素的情況，更改服務日期的權利，並將盡可能提前通知閣下。
6. 影像使用權
服務中所攝製的人像影像，版權屬 Valerie / From Soma to Soul 所有。閣下完成付款後，將獲授予個人非商業用途的使用許可（包括個人社交媒體分享）。
除非閣下在預約表格中提出反對，本人保留將部分影像用於作品集、網站及社交媒體宣傳用途的權利。閣下的選擇將獲得充分尊重。
7. 保密
閣下在服務中分享的任何個人資料、故事或情感內容，將予以嚴格保密，不會在未獲授權的情況下向第三方披露，惟法律要求或涉及人身安全風險的情況除外。

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the website and all related services of From Soma to Soul ("the Service"), owned and operated by Valerie ("I", "me" or "my"). This Policy is governed by and complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. By using this Website or booking any service, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
2. Nature of Services — Important Disclaimer
All sessions, experiences and content offered through this Service are intended to support personal exploration, creative expression, body and mind awareness, and portrait photography. They do not constitute, and are not a substitute for, professional medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric services, counselling or any other regulated health service.
The services on this Website are not a replacement for professional psychotherapy or psychiatric services. If you are currently experiencing emotional distress, mental health difficulties or any related medical condition, you are strongly advised to consult a qualified medical or mental health professional before booking.
By booking a session, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and accept personal responsibility for your own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing during and after the session.
3. Personal Data Collected
I may collect the following personal data for the purposes of processing bookings and providing services:

Health and wellbeing information voluntarily provided by you (used solely for session preparation and safety considerations)

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
Should you need to cancel due to personal or health reasons, the booking may be transferred to a rescheduled date or to other individual, provided that written notice is given at least 7 days before the original session date.
In the event that I need to cancel a confirmed session, a full refund or priority rescheduling will be offered at your preference.
I reserve the right to reschedule any outdoor session due to adverse weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or any situation that may affect the safety or quality of the session. Reasonable advance notice will be given wherever possible.
6. Image Rights
All portrait images created during a session are the intellectual property and copyright of Valerie / From Soma to Soul. Upon full payment, you are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use the delivered images, including sharing on personal social media platforms.
Unless you opt in an objection in the booking form, I reserve the right to use a selection of images for portfolio, website and social media promotional purposes. Your preference will be fully respected.
7. Confidentiality
Any personal information, stories or emotional content shared during a session will be held in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party without authorisation, except where required by law or where there is a reasonable concern for personal safety.
8. Access and Correction of Personal Data
You have the right to request access to or correction of personal data held by me. Please contact me by email with any such requests, which will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
9: Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including but not limited to written materials, artwork, icons, images, photographs, and source code, is protected by copyright, and intellectual property rights owned by Valerie / From Soma to Soul or its respective content creators.
